[The Hub] Staging for non hosted sites.

It would be incredibly helpful to have a staging site facility for externally hosted sites, even as a paid add on.

    I hope you are doing well today.

    I suppose this will cause more trouble than help. Here are some factors:

    1. If you would like to use a staging site on our side, first, you would need to migrate the externally hosted sites to us, and due to the different hosting infrastructures staging site could not work as it should, depending on what environment you will migrate this site to. For example, if an externally hosted site relies on an Apache server, the rules from .htaccess will work, but not on our hosting.

    2. Moving on, if you would like to push changes from staging to the live site, this will be again migration process. Of course, you could use the Shipper plugin for that, which will work both ways.

    In short, such a process will require migration steps. In this case, we would recommend buying the Bronze plan, for example, and using it as your test environment for different tasks.
