It’s not really a WHMCS killer – as you claim. For starters, it’s a hosted solution, all data is stored on your servers.
WHMCS has a built-in support ticketing system for customers. The Hub hasn’t. It would be good to have a system in place where clients can raise support tickets.
With WHMCS customers can order directly without the need for us to create accounts and invoices. I read this was in the pipeline so hopefully, this is introduced soon.
The Hub looks promising and I will be keeping an eye on how the above develop. Interested in moving clients over but not until there is more flexibility.
