[The Hub] Text formatting options in feature request ticket creation modal

Hey there,

Would you please consider adding text formatting options and link and media insert options in the feature request modal? Currently there’s no options at all and you are forced to edit a newly created ticket to add some formatting, links or media. That’s a bit silly :)
