Ticket Creation – Add the ability to assign a person to a ticket when creating a new ticket.

    Can you let us know more about what kind of ticket are you looking to improve with this feedback?

    If this is from the Tickets system to allow you to create tickets for your own clients; it’s possible to set a default team member to be assigned for those tickets:

    I can see that during the ticket creation, it’s not possible to change this assignee, so, if your feedback is about that, I can inform our dev team about it.

    In the other hand, when creating a support ticket from The Hub, like the one you are reading right now, only the owner of the account is assigned to it. It’s possible to acquire a Support Access Add-on for team members, and those team members can request a live chat where we can create tickets which will be assigned to them.
