[The Hub] UX – use config (Defender in that case)

I was using The Hub for activating Defender on a view dev sites. During that process, a little UX “issue” came up to my mind. The process while applying a config doesn’t felt natural.
So currently the “Use Config Setup” checkbox is below the activate button, after checking that box the selection of the config is on top.
So at the moment you click in a 3 – 1 – 2 order, which felt wrong in a user perspective to me.

I would (as already mentioned in chat) suggest:
Step 1 – Click on use config check box
Step 2 – select desired config
Step 3 – Activate

But maybe there is a reason for that right now.
Just a suggestion which would feel more natural IMHO.

I just tried it with Defender, if that’s not just the case with Defender it’s a suggestion in general. But if there is a specific reason for that break in the flow, I’m still okay with that. Just was confusing, and I thought most users who activate Defender through the Hub are using a config.
