or at least phone support…
Texting chat is ok if you have some quick issues otherwise is not good.

More difficult problems should be able to address in Google meet or Zoom.

    I’m not averse with screen-sharing and voice support if absolutely necessary, but we are a wholesale business – business service and priced accordingly.

    If you’re looking for that level of support you should work with an agency or look into an enterprise offering like campuspress.com.

    When you’re chatting or dealing with WPMU DEV staff you are getting highly trained and expert support that would usually cost you in excess of USD$100/h… that’s simply not sustainable through telephone or video call support.

    Plus, the vast majority of problems take time to investigate – which is far better suited to forum style or chat support.
