Be very careful to follow the installation instructions for our plugins here found in the install.txt file, they can be very specific. You definitely should not be activating this plugin:

    Files:

All files in this package are structured to match the MU installation,

please place the files in their corresponding directory structure. You

will need to create a few directories, so just follow the layout in the

package and you will be fine.

    Instructions:

    1) Place the files in the specified, corresponding directory. Creating

the directory if it doesn’t exists.

    Aaron,

Thanks, After a bit of trial and error I realized that I should not be activating. I was expecting the plugins to work like they way they do in basic wordpress.

Quick Question: Does this plugin include a widget or way of Exposing the Support Desk on the Outside website? Something Simular to the WPMU Forums but with all the Ticketing and Functionality of Support System?

    Thanks

I saw that message on installation of a plugin and I traced it down to me not properly installing all the different components. I had forgotten to move a folder into the wp-content/themes folder or something like that.

Since the WPMU installations are a little more complex it is VERY important and useful to read the install.txt file that accompanies all the plugins.

Hope this helps someone debug their mistake a little quicker!

    Thanks,

    Dave

-The plugin does not have a valid header.-

In the forum I found the same question but not an answer…
