Migration via Shipper

Hi there,

i am trying to migrate a multisite form a server to the wpmudev hosing. so i installed “Shipper” but the Pr-flight Check (checking files…:wink: takes very long. Somehow it stays at 99%

Is it normal that it takes so long? Is there another easy way to migrate the site? –> Without FTP und MySQL transfers?

    Sorry to hear that, it shouldn’t take so much time to finish the Pre Flight check, and it should have been listed within couple of minutes.

    Is there another easy way to migrate the site? –> Without FTP und MySQL transfers?

    I’m afraid, there isn’t any easy way other than use plugins to carry migration, without FTP, and MySQL transfers.

    Could you please grant support staff access to the site from which you are looking to migrate, so I could take a closer look at what’s causing the issue with Pre Flight check.
