ToS plugin problem

Greets:

I;ve installed the ToS plugin but I’m having a problem. When I go and save what I’ve written, it doesn’t save anything and, in fact loads the first post. Also nothing shows up on the signup page.

The URL after saving looks like this:

wp-admin/wpmu-admin.php?page=signup_tos_main&action=update

Suggestions?

edit: Nothing in the php or webserver’s error logs.
