    Hello there Kieran,

hope you’re doing well today!

It seems that something is blocking the GoogleBot that tries to crawl your sitemap file, even though the file itself is accessible from a browser.

This seems more like a conflict (or maybe not conflict per se, but a plugin causing this) or a server configuration.

Would it be possible for you to create a staging environment, meaning a complete and exact copy in the same server, using a separate database, so we could perform a conflict test? I’m saying so we don’t disturb the live site. Please advise!

I’d like to get some (S)FTP details to have a better look at your setup. If you can also create the staging site, then share the credentials for this one instead. As this is a public forum, you should send us your details through our safe contact form
