Turn off all notifications en masse

0

Hello,
Feature request: have the availability to turn off all notifications en masse at once. I thought I turned off all of the notifications I was getting except for the important ones, but I’m still getting them. Notifications like the website has been updated (WordPress) — I don’t need to know this. Furthermore, when you have multiple websites in the Hub that you’re taking care of, keeping track of what notifications are coming and from which website is difficult.

So, in closing, the request is to have the ability to turn off all of the notifications for each website by checkboxes (on a single page on the screen), allowing you to choose which notifications you want and those you don’t want.
Thanks,
JL

    Hi Jamison

Hope this message finds you well.

We have a feature request to manage our Plugins/Services notifications from the Hub, but your request seems to be for WordPress transactional emails.

WordPress transactional emails can’t be turned off unless using a plugin or a filter.

Do you use a plugin to manage WP notifications?

Still, I notified our Hub about your requests, and they will provide further information. Since they work on very complex issues, getting a reply from them could take longer than usual.

    Let us know your comments.

    Best regards,
    Laura

    Hi Jamison

We got feedback from our team.

They explained that is a very peculiar request and we didn’t get any similar in the past. In such cases, it requires more requests to be added as a feature to our backlog.

I moved your ticket to the Feature & Feedback section so it can get votes from the community as well.

Let us know if you require additional information.

    Best regards,
    Laura
