Ultimate Facebook is not working…

Hello,

Ultimate Facebook is not working as advertised.

I want to replace the wordpress jetpack plugin with FB comments. but it says on post: Comments on this entry are closed.

Also the ‘Like’ and ‘Send’ are on showing up at the top of a post.

I’m running thesis 2.1.2 and have jetpack installed.

Thanks for getting this to work properly. If it won’t work, can I get my money back?

    Ok the plugin behaves normally with the twenty twelve.

    But I need it to work with my thesis 2.1.2, otherwise it’s useless to me.

    If it won’t work with my theme, I request a refund.

    Yes, I did watch the videos and did accordingly.

    Hey there.

    As you mentioned you “Comments on this entry are closed”, can you check they are open from the edit page?

    Or that they are not being closed somehow.

    If you have issues with this displaying within your theme then you can also use Custom Hooks:

    Admin –> Ultimate Facebook –> Comments

    There are instructions there, but if you get stuck just let us know and we can assist further with this for you.
