Unable to download / install plugins with my new account

I am unable to install any plugins on my site. I know you guys have had some billing issues the past day or so. I was able to purchase a subscription this morning but am unable to install any plugins via the MPMU Dashboard. Downloading directly from your site seems to work properly..

    Welcome to WPMU DEV!

    Sorry to see that you are having trouble with the WPMU DEV Dashboard plugin.

    The first thing that comes to mind when considering your reported symptoms is that you have not configured the WPMU DEV Dashboard plugin with an API key.

    Can you please confirm that you have indeed applied the API key to your installation?

    Please advise.

    Thank you for letting us know that it is working now which is great news.

    Just a heads up that in the picture you gave in your post above, the plugin indicated therein, does not work with WordPress Solo installs as our system indicates you indeed are working with a WordPress Solo installation.

    If this plugin indeed installed and you activated it, it is likely your installation would have went down. In this event, you want to FTP in and delete the plugin and access to your WordPress installation will resume.
