I have placed all of the files in the appropriate folders as designated in the install.txt file and the database has been properly modified.
However, when I go to actually activate the Upgrades plugin, framework, paypal module, etc. They break the admin page (displays blank) and I have to delete the Upgrades folder from the Plugins folder via FTP in order to restore the admin.
Please help!
