Upload a large WP All Import file on WPMUDEV Hosted site

I’m having trouble uploading a large WP All Import file on my WPMUDev Hosted site.

I’m not sure if it’s an upload size issue or Max Execution Time issue because there is no error message. The file size is 360 MB. I have shared the file url and the steps to upload the file.

Unfortunately, this file FTP’d to me from a third party and setup to import via CRON. The sender won’t split the file. Is there a hosting package where I’d have control over the Max upload size?

    Hope this message finds you well and thank you for contacting WPMU Support!

    I’ve read in the previous chat that you are having an issue with importing a large WP All import file to your site. The actual Max Upload size is the same for all of our hosting plans(360mb exceeds that). The recommendation from our Devs is that for large files you should use SFTP account to upload the file.

    Please try uploading it through SFTP and let me know how that goes. You can reach back out in case you have any additional questions.
