[Uptime] Facing an error it says our site is not publicly accessible.

I tried to activate Uptime but it says our site is not publicly accessible, but it is.

    Hello Steve,

    I'm sorry to hear about the issue you encountered.

    Here is what I performed to troubleshoot your issue:

    – I checked if your Security plugin is blocking Uptime IPs but I can’t find any locked IP addresses it seems to be a feature in the pro version for the plugin.

    – I've run a test via Uptrends https://www.uptrends.com/tools/uptime and it's showing that the site is not available from some locations and it takes more than 25 seconds to load (in some locations more than 30s). And Uptime will show the site as down if it takes over 30 seconds to load.

    – I’ve run DNS propagation test via https://dnschecker.org and it’s showing that your DNS is not propagated in one location.

    Unfortunately, there is no much we can do about this issue, so would you please check with your hosting provider about your DNS settings and why the site is loading so slow.
