Uptime is down for a couple of sites

1) Uptime is down for 3 of the sites in the Hub, however the sites appears to work fine. Tried clicking the re-check button in the Hub, but still the same issue.

2) Would like to know if there is any way to reset Uptime stats for these sites too.

    I hope you’re well today!

    I’m really sorry to hear about the issues that you’re experiencing.

    The case has already been reported to our developers and they’re looking into it. I have, however, checked your site once again to see if I can find any additional relevant information there. The site itself seems fine though. It does seem to respond to pings so that’s fine too but I was only checking it from my end, not from Uptime check IP’s.

    I know you’ve been told to whitelist these IPs:

    34.196.51.17

    52.57.5.20

    Did you manage to do this? You might need to consult that with you host, if not.

    Can you also tell me if that Uptime was working earlier and if so, if there were any changes to the site made (whatsoever – that might have been plugin/theme/WP core update, some custom code added, some change in server config, anything) around the time you have noticed the issue?

    Let me know please, as any information might be helpful here.
