'Uptime' not connecting with site, or providing updates

In the Hub for this site, ‘Uptime’ shows the following error:

ERROR: WRITE EPROTO 140272345749312:ERROR:14077410:SSL ROUTINES:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:SSLV3 ALERT HANDSHAKE FAILURE:../DEPS/OPENSSL/OPENSSL/SSL/S23_CLNT.C:802:

I chatted with someone before on this, but haven’t received an update, so thought I’d send again to see.

    Hi Jeremy,

    This was forwarded to our sysadmins to check after the chat, I have pinged them now to see what the status is and will update you here as soon as I get some info from them.

    As I can see from one of your chats, you also contacted your hosting provider about this, did you get any additional info from them?

    I checked with the host, and they said nothing was blocking on their end, and also said there was nothing else they could do to speed it up anymore. Thought I’d ask again, just in case.

    From a tip I received on another ticket, I changed to a new API Key. Even since then, I’ve noticed that ‘Uptime’ still isn’t working in the Hub. Has anything else been found on the WPMU side yet?

    Hi Jeremy,

    I pinged our sysadmins to have another look at this and see if there’s anything else on our end that will tell us what exactly is going on.

    In the meantime, could you try disconnecting your site from Hub and connecting it again and see if you’re able to activate Uptime after that?
