Uptime – which IP addresses are used?

Hi, which IP addresses do you use for pinging the websites? I want to enter them into a whitelist.

Also I will recommned to whitelist all our IP’s which we use for other products like Smartcrawl, Smush etc:

I thought it works… in Hummingbird Pro/Uptime/ …website is reported down… but it isn’t, response time measuring is working.
All the IP Adresses are white listed… what else can I do?

…whitelisted for HTTP, HTTPS, PING. Something else?

I am experiencing the same issue in 1 range of nameservers. I have had to disable uptime as its showing the sites as down.

I have tested with multiple other uptime trackers and they all report the sites are up.

If you find a fix please let us know!

Just thought I would let you know, whitelisting these IP has restored the functionality of uptime monitoring on my sites.

It looks like the tests are completed by Ping requests.
