Urgent Help Needed – worried I may have been hacked via domain mapping

OK, here it is… WEIRD stuff going on.

My network of sites is under letstalknation.com.

I’m unable to login, and my internal back end wordpress links are being redirected to bostinno.com’s wordpress login page. – https://wp.streetwise.co/wp-login.php?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwp.streetwise.co%2Fwp-admin%2Fnetwork%2F&reauth=1

I don’t own bostinno.com, I’ve never heard of it, so I have NO IDEA what is going on here…. But this bostinno.com is now showing up under sites that i have with WPMU Dev!!!! I’m kinda freaking out, because I can’t get to my network admin without being redirected.

I was working last night with someone from the WPMU Dev team, using the domain mapping plugin… You can see that thread here:

Help much appreciated!

Thanks

    Hello Jay,

I hope you’re well today and also that nothing has been hacked on your site!

I presume that there’s a wrong configuration there but having no-access to your site I’m not able to check it.

That said, could you please send in:

    Subject: “Attn: Adam Czajczyk

    -WordPress admin username

    -WordPress admin password

    -login url

    -FTP credentials (host/username/password)

-link back to this thread for reference

-any other relevant urls and information

Select “I have a different question” for your topic – this and the subject line ensure that it gets assigned to me!

I have also notified @Michael Bissett with whom you worked on your other thread about it and with your permission I’ll forward him your e-mail if necessary.

    Regards,

OK it appears that somehow my primary network domain has been changed to this bostino.com, and I did not do it…. NO idea how this happened. Is this bostino.com a wpmu dev client? I’m concerned that somehow a mix up happened… when one of your team was logged in to my site. I hope that’s all it is and I’m not hacked. Please reply asap.

    Thanks

    Hey @Jay,

Looking at your wp-config.php file here, the DOMAIN_CURRENT_SITE define was set to bostinno.com by someone, I’ve now changed it back to the domain for your Multisite.

Good call changing the FTP details, someone would’ve needed those to get in and edit that.

Could you confirm that the Network Dashboard is now accessible on your end please?

    Kind Regards,

    Michael

OK, Yes, it seems to be working….. Wow! I’m having my hosting company run a scan to see if any malicious code got put on.

So this bostinno.com is not a wpmu client? I was hoping this was a mixup done by one of your team accidentally….
