Use manged backup to set up a test Multisite

Is it possible that support could use one of our WPMUDEV managed backups to install on ecosphere-virtuous.wpmudev.hostt so that we can evaluate hosting platform. Happy for site to run on this domain temporarily. Thanks in advance.

    The Snapshot plugin (so managed backup) as well is not really a migration tool but yes, we could use the managed backup file to set you up on our host :slight_smile:

    The site that you wish to setup is a sub-folder install and not a sub-domain (so the sub-sites are like “domain.com/site” rather than “site.domain.com”:wink:, right? I’m asking because we only support sub-folder Multisites so far on our hosting so sub-domain install cannot be set there.

    If so, what I’d need to be able to assist you would be:

    1. Access to original site to be able to compare installs afterwards to verify setup

    2. SFTP and SSH account credentials for your existing WPMU DEV Hosting site instance.
