User activation error

From multisite when adding from WP admin an user, activing it from email link it doesn’t work.

    I hope you’re well today and thank you for your question!

    I checked the site and while I could replicate/see the issue there, I’m not yet sure what’s causing it. There’s a lot of errors, mostly related to “Blitz Site Settings” in PHP error log and, interestingly, there seems to be no traces of my IP accessing the site in “access log”.

    Unfortunately, the site is so extensively customized and, not knowing the site, it’s very difficult to review the configuration but I’m still pretty sure that the issue is related to the site configuration itself. The errors and the fact that amount of customization, including access-related features, is very likely to interfere.

    It would be best to be able to run a full conflict test on site but, again, with production site and that amount of customization it might be quite risky. That said, could you please create a staging site (you can do it with a click from “staging” area of the hosting hub) and also enable support access to the site form there?

    I’d like to access it and for now work only on staging site and – with your permission – do any tests and changes there (on staging only so we wouldn’t affect live site) that I may need. That might include (but not be limited to) switching themes, disabling plugins, accessing site (staging one) via SFTP/SSH if necessary and so on…

    Would you please create such site and agree for these tests? If yes, please create it and let me know here once it’s done.
