a sidenote ahead: when I entered the title of this request as a query into the Feature & Suggestions Forum, a white screen has been returned, so I cannot find out if this request is already named by someone else …
I don’t use SnapShot, because it just doesn’t work for me, tried many times, it’s either way too slow or causes errors.
Never mind, in my opinion not all of your services need to be perfect :slight_smile: Especially, if there are very good alternatives around. That’s why I use Updraft, which is even providing an incremential backup feature since last version (yay!) to use with my own backup-storage (SFTP).
Apart from SnapShot I have always refused to use “User Reports” for my clients, because I always need to open the PDF and remove the page that contains the Snapshort report, or even modify the page using Acrobayuk or “PDF Expert” (Mac).
I’d like to start using “Reports”, but need to include backup-reports from Updraft (just like MainWP is offering). Any chance to provide this soon?
