User Sync Not Working

User sync feature will not work. Subsite users will not sync to main site.

Have tried deactivating everything but the base theme and the dashboard and user sync. Still no go. Not sure what else to try.

    I’m afraid, please do note that the WPMU DEVs User Sync plugin is only meant for Single WordPress installs. That’s sync users from one Single install, to another. It doesn’t have out of the box support for Multisite websites, and you’ll notice anomalies when used in Multisite.

    You can try a plugin like the following ones if you are still looking to sync users in Multisite:
