Video Tutorials in Support System

Is there some way to get the unbranded video tutorials that you provide included in the support system? I think I read somewhere on your site that that was going to be part of the support system package.

A simple link in the support menu to a page with links to all the videos would be very useful. The user can click on the relevant video link and it opens in a popup or iframe on the page. Could you make this available.

Or could you provide details on how to do it myself? Thx

    hey i have added videos in the support system in the FAQ, it does work fine, but there may be some css that you may have edit. yea i also am waiting for a separate video page in the support system. it would keep support system well organized

    @webezy, that is possible given nelnehal’s method. You can simply paste the embed code in a FAQ.

    @nelnehal, that is an absolutely brilliant solution! I tried it myself and it worked quite nicely, gave ya a good handful of points for that very cool workaround!

    @davidm thanks :slight_smile: the only thing with embedding with FAQ is the Popular FAQ in the support page needs to be edit.

    yea that would be cool, i think alot of user would benefit from a backend video tutorial area.

    A different solution I found is this.

    Due to the fact that I cannot (for the time being) provide the ticket support included in the “Support System” plugin I use the “WP Help” plugin where I have enbeded the videos in the answers I created there.

    It works like a charm for me.

    And when I will be able to provide for the ticket system I will just copy/paste everything.

    These videos are such a great tool, there is noway I would leave them to waste. :slight_smile:
