Web Site Down message in the dashboard

I am new at this and I am still trying to figure out how your plugin works. I just noticed that it shows that the website is down. Not sure what this means as I can access it, but most importantly how to fix it if trully down.

    Hi Andrea,

    Hope you are doing good today. :slight_smile:

    I checked the logs, and the issue seems to be more with Uptime not able to detect your website, due to a server misconfiguration. Either there is a firewall which is blocking Uptime to give accurate results or else it could be routing issue, or the website doesn’t respond to header request correctly.

    Could you please bring this into your hosting providers attention regarding this issue, and check whether it’s any of the above mentioned?

    You can also ask to whitelist the following IP if it’s a firewall issue::

    34.196.51.17
    
52.57.5.20
