Hello – our other hosting company also utilized Roundcube but I’ve noticed it is more robust – possibly this is because it is tied in with cPanel.

The RoundCube Autoresponder is much more user-friendly and there are many more options and features for email with RoundCube. And you don’t need to add HTML code to get links etc in the Autoresponder.
It will be pretty difficult for me to migrate my websites to WPMUDEV with the added cost of adding individual email accounts when the webmail features are not as robust as on our cPanel hosting.
It is possible to add some of these features to WPMUDEV’s Webmail?
