Website Down

I keep getting Website Down error in my dashboard. My site currently isnt loading but that’s the first time for this. It would normally say its down when its live though.

    I hope you’re well today and thank you for your question!

    I checked that and Uptime was “complaining” about missing intermediate certificates. That means that SSL certificate install was incomplete.

    I’m aware that it’s your own certificate (not Let’s Encrypt automatically issued by out hosting) that we installed upon your request so I’ve reached out to our hosting team and they checked it and fixed it already.

    I apologize for the trouble. The site is up and the Uptime is now already detecting it as up so I believe it should be fine now.
