whmcs

Hi,

I have two different domains with multi-site sub-domain. Connected to WHMCS.

? receive orders from WHMCS and I can create the sites, but the time I try to reach the new sub-domain sites I land at the default Plesk window.

How can I change that?

Thanks,

Guvenc

I may be misunderstanding, but it sounds like when you create new sites and try visiting one of them, using the sub-domain URL, like subsite.maindomain.com, you’re seeing the Plesk default page, is that right?

You mentioned WHMCS, so I assume you’re using the WHMCS Provisioning plugin, right? If so, before you started using that, if you just logged in to the WP admin area as network administrator, if you created new sites, did they work?

What I’m trying to determine is whether you were ever able to create new sites and access them, or did it stop working when you installed something new (like the WHMCS plugin, etc.)

It sounds like an issue of not having a wildcard subdomain set up that points to the WordPress installation (or that’s not working properly), but I could be wrong. Just in case that’s the issue, you might review this article:

    Greetings Guvenc,

Thank you for letting us know and hope that you have indeed managed to get this working as anticipated and the dedicated IP is certainly a key to getting these items working as anticipated.

Merry Christmas to you too and thank you for being a WPMU DEV Community Member!
