Why does it say some of my websites are down?

It says my websites are down on site monitoring, 1 says because of a server misconfiguratin but I contacted my host & they said everything is fine on their end…

Hi Jonathan,

It looks like that there’s some firewall blocking our pings from reaching your site.

Do you have any firewall plugin on your site and if you do try whitelisting these two IPs:
```
34.196.51.17

52.57.5.20
```
If you don’t have a firewall on your site there’s most likely one on the server side so can you get in touch with your hosting provider and ask them to whitelist above-mentioned IPs.

My server had greylisted them, I whitelisted & the issue is fixed, thanks.
