I have created the folder scipts with move-blogs.php. I have doubled checked and followed the instructions. When I open up my browser : http://www.mysite/wp-content/scripts/move-blogs.php
I have the following error :
Internal Server Error
UID of script “/home/mysite/www/wp-content/scripts/move-blogs.php” is smaller than min_uid
