[WP Smush Pro] is asking me to upgrade to Pro

Smush Pro is installed but it behaves like it is Smush free, asking me to activate. We have tried disabling the firewall. Moreover, we have also done a full plugin/theme conflict test. Please advice.

    Nahid here, following up from our last Live Chat session. Just responding here to follow up with you that we were able to resolve the issue by hitting the "Update API Status" button in your WordPress Dashboard->Smush->Settings. Here's a screenshot for reference:

    Smush is showing as upgraded to Smush Pro now in your site. Here's another screenshot for reference:

    Hi, thanks for the update and for fixing this!! I really appreciate it.

    I was just logging in and noticed that you forgot to re-enable the firewall. That’s not very professional and a bad look, especially when y’all are trying to charge an insane monthly fee for this level of support.

      I’m glad that we were able to resolve the issue. About the firewall, I cannot explain in words how sorry I am regarding that.
