[WPMU DEV Dashboard] Client Billing Dashboard Extras

1. Helpful if Clients & Billing> Overview> Revenue> Monthly Recurring Revenue had a dropdown of what clients are included in that along with amounts and next recurring.

2. Helpful if Clients & Billing> Overview> Revenue> Active Subscriptions had a dropdown of upcoming subscription dates and amounts…to know what kind of income is coming in for that day, week, month, etc.

3. Would be GREAT if Clients & Billing> Overview> Revenue> Net Billing total was broken down to YTD rather than total earned. (and abilty to customize as needed like Monthly or Weekly, etc)
