[WPMU DEV Dashboard] Connect to other Billing systems

I’m switching off Stripe to PopMoney. Mostly because it’s quite a bit cheaper than Stripe. With PopMoney, my bank charges me $20/month + $0.25 per transaction rather than a 3+% charge. I’d love it if I could use PopMoney instead of Stripe.
