I have a couple different developers that help me maintain my sites. Depending on who initially installed teh WPMU plugin, the WPMU dashboard/support settings are only visible to them, which is problematic when trying to setup white label, or if a different developer is chatting with support on their own account. Then they can’t enable support access, etc.
I’m requesting there be a Hub button to be abel to grant support access for any site within that site’s Hub dashboard to help solve this. Additionally, if the parent WPMU plugin installer could also enable other emails access to the plugin from the site dashboard, that would be preferred as well. Thanks.
