[WPMU DEV Dashboard] Invite other paid agency owners to manage site & access live chat

I have been using WPMU DEV as my primary provider for almost 3 years. Happy to see the there is an option to have addon access to live chat for additional users but I wish there was an option to be able to add existing Premium members as users that would get access to live chat via their own unlimited membership.

There are a lot of “Agencies Of One” using WPMU DEV and it would be nice to be able to invite another agency owner to have access to our customers as a backup without incurring more charges.

    I hope you are doing well today.

    That looks like an interesting feature. Based on my understanding of your request it will be something similar to the current Team Members but without the need to create a new WPMUDEV account and pay extra money for access to Live Chat.

    Theoretically, it could be named for example Partnership and work similarly to Team Members with some restrictions like only inviting Premium members, but everything else will be almost the same.
    That way you will create Roles with the access level and then invite your partners, assigning the Role in the invitation process.

    Once the partners contact us at the Live Chat, they will need to clarify if are requesting help to their site or a site from a partner, we check and confirm the partnership and the access and proceed with the support.
