[WPMU Dev dashboard] on installing plugin , show me error on the button

& also all of plugin but I can install themes

[attachments are only viewable by logged-in members]

    Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention and sorry that you are having trouble with the WPMU DEV Dashboard plugin and plugin installation.

    The issue is with any attempts to install any plugins?

    Have you FTP’ed the WPMU DEV Dashboard plugin into your WordPress installation?

    Please advise.

    Thank you for the feedback but it is time to reinstall the WPMU DEV Dashboard plugin via FTP over writing the files that are there and let me know if the issue persists.

    Personally even with the dashboard plugin installed on my installations, I choose to FTP everything except updates to insure fileand accuracy – but that is me.

    Please let me know if the issue persists after FTP’ing the WPMU DEV Dashboard plugin into the plugins folder once again – as mentioned oever wirting any files that are currently present.

    Please advise.
