[WPMU DEV Dashboard] Repeat the update link at the bottom of update

I have over 40 networks. On the update tab, scrolling thru the sites I want to update, when I get to the bottom, there is no update link as at the top. This should be repeated so you can bulk update. Like bulk actions in wordpress on the update plugins page.
