[WPMU DEV Dashboard] Update WordPress version without switching on automatic updates.

Updating WordPress version via WPMU dev dashboard shouldn’t be classed as automatic, as it’s manual but via WPMU dev rather than WordPress admin. I shouldn’t have to remove automatic updates in order to achieve a manual update.

    I apologize, I require further clarification on the feature you are requesting as I didn’t understand what you are looking forward to. Do you require the ability to update the WordPress core without having to enable Hub Automate? Could you please provide additional details so that we can bring it to the attention of our developers?
