[WPMU Hub] Not receive emails when generating a Report from Hub

We have generated a report last 2 week before, but now we have updated plugin and theme, its is not generated, we are facing issue on this website only.

    I hope you’re well today and thank you for your question!

    We have discussed that yesterday over live chat. I see that you came back to my colleagues asking about it again but we have also check with our developers to confirm that. The point is that re-scheduling reports is setting the schedule again. For example:

    – report is scheduled weekly, last one was on May 1st and next should be on 7th

    – on may 2nd you edit the report and schedule it to weekly again – you won’t get report on 7th but on 8th

    – but then on 6th (so still before reports comes in) you edit it again and schedule weekly – the new date for next report is 6th + 7 days = 13th

    You should receive next report (unless you edited it again) on 12th or 13th of May. Could you please hold on until then and if you still don’t receive it please come back to us here (responding to this ticket) on 14th and let us know. We’ll then check this again on our end.
