I have a dream….
In signup.php, the user can not only choose de subdomain (or folder) AND a particular domain. in ONE WPMU site.
I am trying to handle this and found that : http://blog.markroberthenderson.com/using-a-single-central-wordpress-mu-installation-to-power-all-your-domains/ witch could be a way. But I am an admin, and I don’t speak PHP ^^
The advantage for blogfarms is MAJOR, since domain can be thematic.
The admin could let us adding a domain (parked on the main one) and give us all tip config (apache, wildcard dns)
In fact that is THE plugin we would need, since we use 25 domains now and soon up to one hundred (on several bolg farms).
Merge with DB plugin, each domain could point on his proper database….
Can you handlle this ? ^^
