wpmu rss aggregator plugin?

is there any plugin that are available to wpmu like Feedwordpress or CyberSyn that the admin can control and limit the settings?

edit: I’m not reffering to wpmu AutoBlog plugin, I want my blog users can add their own feeds with the plugin.
