[The Hub] Allow the creation of custom groupings for sites

It would be mega useful to create groups of sites on the Hub (e.g. “In development”, “Fully managed”, “Hosting only” etc).

Allowing users to create their own groups and assign sites to groups would be very helpful in managing sites.
