like, i would not necessarily want to deactivate the plugin but then again I might in some cases.
i would just like to hide them
OR leave them as is and just put them in a different tab or something.
like just get inactive ones out of the way of active ones.
does this make sense and why that would be helpful now?
if and when they come back we can fire it back up right where we left off
all settings and email messages reporting and all…

It can be done in 2 ways.
Create a user in your profile there and assign those sites to them…so that all the activities related thing like reports and all will go to that email.
Or change the lable there to show them separately but it will still send you the reports.

i can pause the reports in that regard on emails
that is not a issue

The first method can create 2 accounts…apart form 1 main account.
One account can be active and other can be dormant
So the only account with the active one you can work readily there.

No Greg… The main account from which you are logged in will be the main account with all the sites, always.
But you can get the other 2 accounts there where you will be accessing active one frequently
and the dormant will lie there.
There in the sub account (live one) you can only see the sites the main account allows it to see
Anyways I am going to ask the developers to munch on this idea.
It is really a good one and can help many

do you think this idea is worthy enough to ask the devs to add it as a feature? I think a quick “archive” link to select sites one by one or in bulk would be good to make the force to go to like a Archive tab and getting them out of the main list.
